Before we ship, PayPal or Google processes your order to verify availability of your product(s), shipping selections and credit card information. We process all weekday orders the same business day.
All weekend orders are processed Monday morning, including express shipments. All shipping time estimates are in business days. Ground shipping is estimated to be from 1-5 business days depending on your location. We are shipping out of Miami, Florida.

How Do I Qualify For Free Shipping
It’s simple! To get our free shipping deal, your orders subtotal (excluding shipping & taxes) must be greater than $75. You will automatically see the discount in your Google shopping cart at checkout.
How Will You Contact Me Regarding My Order
Immediately after you place an online order, we will send an automatically generated email. You will receive confirmation of your shipment the same day which contains your tracking number. Availability of items is subject to stock on hand and/or availability of items from manufacturers. Credit card transactions are subject to verification by Google or PayPal depending on your form of payment.

For United States domestic orders, please check your email for your shipping carrier and tracking number.

Shipping Areas
Glitterdivaz.com ships all over the world. In the United States we ship to all 48 contiguous states using USPS/FedEx. All USPS/FedEx shipments whether it is national or international come with a tracking number. For anything outside the US we ship using priority mail.
Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. When a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will immediately contact you for an updated address. If we do not receive any contact within a week of the package being returned, we will issue a refund less the shipping costs.
Incorrect Address
We ship all packages to the shipping address you entered during checkout. Please make sure that the address you entered is correct. If for some reason the address you enter is incorrect and we receive you package back at our warehouse, we will contact you immediately via phone and/or email to proceed with the next steps.
Receiving Your Package
All of our packages will require a signature.
Your delivery driver may or may not leave your package at the door or around your house if no one is home. If you reside in an apartment complex or have friendly neighbors, you can leave a note instructing the driver to leave the package at a leasing office or at a neighbor.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We must receive return items in unworn conditions, with its original packaging material within 10 days of delivery. For factory defective items 3 days from purchase. Returns received unwrapped or without the original box will not be accepted. PLEASE DO NOT TAPE UP THE SHOE BOX TO RETURN FOOTWEAR. Without prior authorization it will make it difficult, if not impossible, to process the return. Refunds are processed the same business day of receipt. All refunds excluding your initial shipping costs are processed and returned to your original form of payment.

Even though it happens rarely, we do make mistakes on occasion. If that happens, please contact us FIRST! We may or may not require the original item be returned back to us. We will provide a return UPS/FedEx shipping label where applicable or we will fully reimburse (USPS Priority Mail only) your return shipping back us. Upon receipt of the wrong item sent (where applicable), we will either send you the correct item back to you free of charge or provide you with a full refund including the original shipping amount
Exchanges
There will be a discounted flat shipping fee of $8.95 for all exchanges. We will bill you via PayPal once we are ready to ship your item(s). We will not ship out your exchanges unless we receive payment prior to shipment.

Halloween Costumes Policy
Due to the seasonal nature of our business we only accept returns on any unworn Halloween Costume within 2 days of receipt. All costumes must be returned in its original packaging with all its original contents.
We will not refund any monies or exchange any Halloween Costume orders after October 31st 2010. All sales will be final after that date.
